I had such a wonderful time photographing Katherine + Chris for their engagement session in Santa Cruz! We started at the boardwalk and were lucky enough to beat the crowds (it was October, after all!). After spending some time there, we ventured to a beach that is special to Katherine and Chris.. where they may have their wedding ceremony! So awesome. The light was gorgeous and I always love discovering these beautiful California gems. Enjoy!

Also, small world. I’m pretty sure I went to middle school/high school with Katherine. If my memory serves me right, her last name is Garland? I could be totally wrong, but she looks SO familiar. Beautiful light + love in those last sets.
